Former Dean of Nashotah Guilty of Immoral Behavior

Episcopal News Service. December 14, 1994 [94202A]

The Rev. Jack C. Knight of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been found guilty of immoral and unethical behavior by a church court, the Denver Post reported in November. The paper said that two women filed separate complaints against Knight, who was dean of Nashotah House Seminary in Wisconsin for seven years. He faces either suspension or removal from the priesthood unless he appeals. He had been serving a mission since returning to Colorado in 1992 but was suspended after a diocesan board of inquiry brought a six-count indictment against him. The five-member diocesan court found him guilty on all counts.
