Resolved, That this 78th General Convention authorize, subject to the approval of the several diocesan bishops, for trial use or for use in special study sessions, the liturgical materials and forms of prayers contained in that certain book by Janet Morley entitled All Desires Known (Third Edition), published by Morehouse Publishing and copyright 1988, 1992, and 2006 by Janet Morley; and be it further
Resolved, That the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music consider these liturgical materials (or modifications thereof) for inclusion in a revised edition of the Book of Occasional Services.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That this 78th General Convention authorize, subject to the approval of the several diocesan bishops, for trial use or for use in special study sessions, the liturgical materials and forms of prayers contained in that certain book by Janet Morley entitled All Desires Known (Third Edition), published by Morehouse Publishing and copyright 1988, 1992, and 2006 by Janet Morley; and be it further
Resolved, That the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music consider these liturgical materials (or modifications thereof) for inclusion in a revised edition of the Book of Occasional Services.

The House of Deputies Committee on Prayer Book, Liturgy and Music presented its Report #29 on HB Message #237 on Resolution D046 (Authorize Liturgical Materials Honoring the Female in God and Man) and moved concurrence with referral to the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music.
Point of Order
Deputy Snow of Oregon asked the President to rule on her previous Point of Order on whether this resolution was in order. The President ruled that the motion was in order as it was a motion to refer, but that if the House did not concur with the motion to refer, the President would rule the resolution out of order.
Deputy Dempsey-Sims of Western New York moved to end debate on the motion to concur.
