Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 78th General Convention requires that each Province designate one or more persons to investigate and develop a report regarding the criminal justice system, conditions for prisoners, and areas for advocacy and reform and report to the President of the House of Deputies prior to the 79th General Convention.
