Resolved,
1. That the 64th General Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church recognize with gratitude the efforts of the Episcopal Conference of the Deaf to provide a national basis to the Church's ministry to the deaf;
2. That the General Convention give high priority to assistance to the Episcopal Conference of the Deaf; and
3. That Dioceses be encouraged to consider the voicelessness of the deaf in Church matters as they select their legislative representatives.
