The 19 graduates are shown processing to a joint commencement in Carolina, P.R., marking the completion of the first year of operation of the Caribbean Center for Advanced Studies, the members of which are the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Caribbean (ETSC) and the Instituto Psicologico de Puerto Rico. The commencement address was given by the Rt. Rev. Francisco Reus-Froylan, Bishop of Puerto Rico and chairman of the board of ETSC.
