Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the Executive Council, in developing the 1984 budget, be asked to give high priority to the Jubilee Ministry.
On the ninth day, the Chairman of Business moved to suspend the rules to introduce a resolution by the Bishop of Washington.
Seconded by the Bishop of Arizona.
