Resolved, That the 68th General Convention renew its commitment to ministry with poor and oppressed people through the program known as Jubilee Ministry by continuing implementation of the following functions: research, consciousness raising, evangelism, and congregational development, designating and maintaining Jubilee Centers, monitoring and evaluating Centers and Ministries, identifying a human resources bank, allowing for short term work and educational experiences, cooperating in a network for public policy, publishing a journal and awarding Jubilee Ministry grants.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 68th General Convention renew its commitment to ministry with poor and oppressed people through the program known as Jubilee Ministry by continuing implementation of the following functions: consciousness raising, re-establishment of designated Jubilee Centers, identifying a human resources bank, research and evaluation, publishing a journal, evangelism and congregational development, cooperating in a network for public policy, and awarding Jubilee Ministry grants.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 68th General Convention renew its commitment to ministry with poor and oppressed people through the program known as Jubilee Ministry by continuing implementation of the following functions: research, consciousness raising, evangelism, and congregational development, reestablishment of designated Jubilee Centers designating and maintaining Jubilee Centers, monitoring and evaluating Centers and Ministries, identifying a human resources bank, allowing for short term work and educational experiences, research and evaluation, publishing a journal, evangelism and congregational development, cooperating in a network for public policy, publishing a journal and awarding of Jubilee Ministry grants.
