Resolved, That the portion of the 1988 report of the Standing Commission on Stewardship and Development entitled "1987 Tithing Survey" be circulated as broadly as possible throughout the Church and that it be commended as a model for discussion and action in the various dioceses of the Church. Each diocese is encouraged to conduct a similar survey of its leadership.
