Resolved, That the 70th General Convention of the Episcopal Church call upon the Secretary General of the United Nations to bring pressure to bear on the Governments of Iraq and Kuwait to unfreeze the financial assets of Palestinians and other migrant workers who have become refugees as a result of the Gulf crisis, so that they may have access to their earnings and savings deposited in Iraqi and Kuwaiti banks.
