Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the Jubilee Ministries Program expand its internships and practicums to include the seminaries of the Church such that there is training of seminarians in the theology and organizing principles of Jubilee, while working in hands-on ministry.

In line 2, delete "is" and insert "might be"
