Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 73rd General Convention commend the process of dialogue on fidelity in human relationships, as well as conversation and study of related issues, such as promise-keeping, truth-telling, trust, forgiveness, the nature of friendship, intimacy, loyalty, and integrity, as a way to open new windows on the issue of human relationships, including sexual ones, in a way that will transcend present polarities and build up community within society and our church.
