Abstract: | The 78th General Convention amends Canon III.8.5(g) to revise the subject areas of study for preparation for ordination and elaborate on the area called "practice of ministry". |
Notes: | An Archives Research Report was used by the Executive Council and its Anti-Racism Committee in advocating for the Legislative Committee's amendment to the author's proposal. The amendment added the phrase "...and the historical and contemporary experience of racial and minority groups" to new sub-paragraph III.8.5(g)(6). |
