Resolved, That the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance consider a budget allocation of $10,000 for the implementation of this resolution.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 78th General Convention strongly urge dioceses, particularly those in border states, to provide workshops and other educational opportunities for undocumented persons and families to learn about their rights in the United States, such as the right to remain silent or the right to request asylum from the federal government if they are from parts of Mexico, Central or South America that are considered dangerous, among others; and be it further

Resolved, That the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance consider a budget allocation of $10,000 for the implementation of this resolution.
