Resolved, That the national program of Jubilee Ministry established in 1982 and supported by the Presiding Bishop's Mission Imperatives of 1988 be hereby reaffirmed; and be it further
Resolved, That this reaffirmation be reflected in its funding as an integral part of the national Church program.
