Resolved, That this General Convention of the Episcopal Church urge the President of the United States and the Congress to express deep concern to the government of Japan regarding the rights of Koreans, Burakumin, Ainu, and other minorities in Japan; and be it further

Resolved, That this General Convention requests the Presiding Bishop to communicate this concern to the Primate of the Nippon Sei Ko Kai to express the willingness of the Episcopal Church to support the Nippon Sei Ko Kai in the struggle against racism and discrimination and to enlist the support of the Anglican Consultative Council in expressing this concern.
